7-Zip:Not more popular in india ,but mainly in US ,This open source project offers a high compression ratio, plus the ability to utilize multiple file formats.

ZipGenius:ZipGenius supports more than 20 file formats, and it can pre-compress zip files so they take up less space. ,i think this will be more promising

SecureZip:Award-winning SecureZip adds digital certificate capabilities to standard compression capabilities.

There are many free tools which we use in our daily web life but i dont think there will be more need of downloadind more such type of tools , these are more more more than enough ! Will update this post to extend it to more user friendly free software downloads if more cleaner and kewler if available
